1. The service
Nyxify is a service of Nyxon (“we”) that runs Telegram, Bale and Rubika bots for WooCommerce shops: the bots show a shop's products, take orders that are created and paid on the shop's own website, and let the people the shop chooses manage its products. A shop connects to the service with the Nyxify plugin, which is free software under the GNU General Public License; these terms cover the service, not the plugin's code. By activating a shop with a license key you (the shop's owner) accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Licenses and plans
- A license key connects one website. Keep it, your bot tokens and your admin PIN private: anyone with the admin PIN can manage your shop's products from the bot until you issue a new one.
- Your plan sets which messengers you can use, how many products the bots show and how long the plan lasts. When a plan ends, the bots stop working until it is renewed; your data is not deleted because of that.
- The price of a paid plan is the one agreed when you buy it.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your shop: its products, prices, orders, delivery, refunds and customer service, and for what you and your bot admins publish through the bots.
- Your customers' data passes through the service on your behalf. Tell your customers about it in your own privacy policy and follow the laws that apply to your shop.
- Follow the rules of Telegram, Bale and Rubika for your bots.
- Don't use the service to sell illegal goods, send spam, mislead people, or harm others; don't try to break into, overload or copy the service, or reach other shops' data.
4. Messengers and your shop
The bots depend on the messengers and on your shop's website. If a messenger changes, limits or blocks a bot, or your website can't be reached, the bots may not work; we are not responsible for those services.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running and secure, but we don't promise that it is always available or free of errors. We may change or improve the service; we will tell you in advance about changes that take away a feature of your plan.
6. Suspension and ending
You can stop using the service at any time by deactivating the plugin. We may suspend or end a shop's access if these terms are broken or the service is used to harm others, and when possible we will tell you why first.
7. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales or profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We will publish any change to these terms on this page with a new date. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
